   CS Phone Line for the next fucking century: "Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. [same thing in spanish]"

   CS Phone Line if you attempt to skip that: "That is not a valid option..... Hello, thank you for calling [company]. Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed."

     @contrapunctus I have LOATHED ISP CS ever since the time I called asking for the mail server. They insisted to know what I was using. "We don't support Linux". "That's fine. I don't need instructions. I literally just need the server address". "We don't support Linux"

     I called back later and pretended I use Outlook, pretended to follow their instruction. "...type in [server address]" "HA! That's what I needed! I'm going to go type that on my Linux computer! Suck it! *click*"

     I get this each time I call my ISP...and it's been this way for years. 😬
