@WoodshopHandman You have to respond "not me" to floating or flying because it's supposed to represent your desire to leave your problems behind and fly away.

@WoodshopHandman @Marshall1Banana I've learned that they hate when people rationalize each answer because it flags it as inconsistent and high potential for deception. These aren't built for nuance just grug responses. Best is to either answer it as a "character" (LARP as the ideal candidate) or just immediately answer how you actually feel.

@Marshall1Banana what the fuck do you answer when "perfectionist" comes up? If you say yes, it means you care too much about little things, but if you answer no, it means you're sloppy and not "detail-oriented"

@WoodshopHandman @Marshall1Banana I mean it's total BS. I got flagged on an assessment for that and they asked me in the interview. I answered honestly:
>I have strong religious beliefs and I'm not going to do anything that violate what I think is ethical, even if that means a confrontation with my boss. Otherwise, I don't rock the boat but will, politely, mention alternative ideas when the time calls for (I'm not throwing my boss under the bus in a meeting or in front of anyone).
