   Can you imagine a country where you can't access your server through a cloudflare tunnel because a national sports association has managed to ban its access (and any website that uses it) because pirate sports broadcasting websites also use it? That country is Spain.

   By the way, it's midnight around here and the cloudlflare tunnel is working again because the sports day is over.

     ...on the one hand, I am for the total death and destruction of all things cloudflare. .. on the other hands .... that policy is insane

     CF has a history of arbitrary censorship. They censored the Stormer in 2017 and KiwiFarms in '22 (defaming KF in the process):

     Meanwhile they still allowed animal crushing sites to use their services. (animal crushing videos are not protected speech in the US, and are literally illegal).

     @alejandrobdn @djsumdog ClownFlare is a massive TLS MiTM service that is spying on people and recording their passwords; https://blog.cloudflare.com/password-reuse-rampant-half-user-logins-compromised/
     
     You would think that TLS would mitigate a lot of the NSA's spying, but too bad - they have a MiTM that can send all the traffic they want to them.
