   Of course he cant. When has the law ever stopped this man? He has already illegally deported people with legal residence status in the middle of the night to avoid the courts stopping him. Why in the world would you think what is legal matters on any level anymore to this man?

     No, Trump cannot legally deport "homegrowns" and the courts have been quite clear on this.
