   Cars are too heavy and too fast. All cars should be required to have speed restriction devices on them to keep the speed under 30 kph. Cars don't need to weigh 3 tons to move a single lazy idiot and a bag of groceries. GPS and modern electronic control units could easily restrict cars from exceeding the speed limit. #TrafficViolence #CarBrain
