     @photovotary TBH I don't know but I think it's based on spending trends through various consumer segments.

     @WarnerCrocker If “consumer sentiment” is how we feel about buying things, then it makes sense that the rate is down. But I have to say I don’t understand how we rate something like that. Cold calls?
