    When Im in a lying competition but the component is a right winger who doesn't like wind turbines and suddenly "cares about birds".

      @silas not to mention all the other by-products of panel production. Sorry, lad, you've been lied to and you swallow it all, hook, sinker, and even the rod.

      @ThatCrazyDude gas is not good.
      And any modern solar panel you can buy now is fine.

      @silas any solar panel you can buy, in the past and now, is an inefficient piece of unrecyclable (realistically) junk,and its production generates so much CO2 that you'll be lucky to get to "net zaro" within it's service life. On top of that, from a migrating bird's perspective it's a body of water where you stop on the way, and since you don't find any water there, you're likely dropping dead before you get wherever you're planning to get to, because you're not an airliner with reserve of fuel.

      Get over it. If you banned anything that harms animals you wouldn't have electricity or a car or a house.

      @silas true that. But you can minimize the damage by simply doing stuff that's efficient and has minimal footprint, you know, like getting rid of all that solar and wind nonsense and replacing it with something like nuclear or even gas. Seems like a no-brainer to me, and it also seems to me like all of them "green new deal" imbeciles don't really like nature
