   Just look at that graph for 2024. We basically got the casualties of a full-scale war and nobody gives a fuck. And that doesn't even account for disability and other side-effects.

     Some people are so deep in "I don't wanna mask or be reminded that viruses exist at all ever again" territory that they get SO MAD at the suggestion of air filtration, a process that would happen in the background without them knowing or having to do anything and which would make everyone healthier

     "The world is full of challenges and risks and bad stuff" ok why don't you start drinking water that hasn't been filtered and cleaned first, since apparently trying to avoid bad things isn't worth doing, you fucking dweeb

     if you dont want your kids bringing home viruses every couple weeks what you should be doing is convincing the daycares and or educational institutions you send your kids to to implement proper air filtration

     in an ideal world where we found out 5 years ago how important filtering the air is you wouldn't *need* to advocate for this yourself, but i think we've firmly established we don't live in one of those
