@cas @lanodan @famfo @sertonix @domi i honestly believe most stuff in testing is stable and is literally no maintainance burden, but due to drive-by contributions they just sit there and nobody cares. i've been moving and moving more and more packages, its crazy which gems are still in testing. just as a example GNU time was 7 years in testing before i moved it to community 3 months ago.

And yeah I've moved some myself, although usually libraries my packages depends on so if it breaks I'd have to fix it anyway.
(And I guess Alpine still doesn't allows multiple maintainers per packages?)
