     I had not seen that. It’s heartening.

     Many presidents at smaller colleges are saying similar things. I’d hopes that the Ivies would be leading the charge, but this is the first I’ve heard such remarks from one of them.

     @inthehands Have you seen/heard this interview with Princeton's president? It gives me some hope that at least a few places are resisting the pressure to comply

     My favorite part:
     KHALID: So you're not willing, at this point, to make any concessions?

     EISGRUBER: We believe it's important to defend academic freedom, and that's not something that can be compromised.
