We really need to do something about the judiciary. Maybe limit the jurisdiction of the district courts, and create a new jurisdiction for preliminary injunction regarding executive action. That litigants can forum shop to find that one judge who will say "no" is nearly a blanket restriction on all executive action if the plaintiff's bar so elects. There's always that judge. -

@Humpleupagus @white_male @Griffith make some "Preventing Partisan Judicial Abuse" executive order to randomize the judge selection and restrict which venues are available
and start private investigations into the courts so these judges can be referred to DOJ, because I am sure a lot of the leftist judges run afoul of some law or another
