@thatbrickster is this similar to disability (ssdi) in america? the main pip i’m used to in america is the one that stands for “performance improvement plan” for employees who are shit at their job

@thatbrickster oh, in that case, i don’t think that the government gives benefits here for that but some places of employment have policies on medical leave. mine for example you get paid a certain percent of your normal salary if you need to be away for surgery, mental illness etc. it’s not permanent tho and definitely shouldn’t be

It's like disability but those in employment can claim it as well.
