     i'm having difficulty keeping my back stable which means i keep catching myself slouching into the worst positions. walking and standing are both a challenge right now because my ability to balance is fucked. also headache. i pushed myself too hard with exercise earlier this week and this is the result

     i've got energy and motivation to do things though, but i just physically can't do anything right now without rapid consequences
