Did much the same: when Trump took office, moved most of it into stable accounts, plus a chunk in an overseas stock index. The only thing I’m regretting now is the bit I left in a Vanguard retirement fund. feh.

People thought I was overreacting when I spent December rolling over retirement accts from previous jobs into my current one and then moved everything into stable funds shortly after the inauguration.

Who’s laughing now? Not me, because I don’t take pleasure in other’s misery. Plus when W crashed the economy, I lost 2/3rds of my savings and my parents pretty much all of theirs. Lesson learned.
