   I love purling. I hate that so many go on (and on and on) about how to avoid purling. Creating laborious techniques to try and never have to do the evil purl stitch.

     @FeartnTired I don't mind purling and have no intention of learning how to knit backwards to avoid it. The only time I found it more difficult was when I did the stranded colourwork with the yarn in both hands, so purling continental with an extra yarn in the way. And even then it wasn't so bad.
