   I don't understand why the dairy industry have not sued over this type of labeling. Butter by definition is "dairy".
   Probably would be a good class action lawsuit for misleading labels or something. "Gee, I bought it because it said butter. I never knew plants had milk in them."

     I think as long as "plant" is displayed prominently it should be okay

     @BowsacNoodle @KK954 "Butter" means something though.
     There is also no such thing as "almond milk", for example.
