I hate that I fell asleep and thus didn't move the laundry, because now people are awake I can't get there without nonconsentual interaction. I don't mean the "good morning" as I walk by. I mean that if roommates strike up conversation, only one of them will accept that I'm not up for a long chit chat without trying to make me feel like an asshole.
This is despite the fact all of them are aware and agree that I'm not social when I first wake up.

This one doesn't WANT to get it. "I don't need to understand autism!", later pack pedaled with " I just need to treat you with respect". Still continues to take autistic behavior personally.It's why this friendship degraded down to the much less close level that it's at now. We're still friends, but not nearly the level of friendship I have with my autistic friends.

@hellomiakoda Aaargh! Just generally, nonconsentual and unexpected interaction is not easy for me either. Mornings hardest too. I hide sometimes but not always possible! Allistics just don’t get it.
