   @gabriel the second amendment covers military vehicles.
   
   The problem isn't the laws the USA started with, the problem is everyone willingly gave up their rights, their arms and their property.

     If the 2nd ammendment is insufficient to protect the citizenry from tyranny (foreign and domestic) does this make the case for civilians to have a right to militarized drones?
