I understand that if this goes into practice, it will be impossible to overturn by any future administration or president. This is really taking advantage of poor people. The story I listened to said something along the lines of "...people rely on overdraft protection so that they can still buy necessities." That is 100% indicative of the financial war on ordinary folks and how banks continue to fleece us.
