I know someone who lost their business profile, with hundreds of reviews and 5 stars, after they moved to a new location and edited their address. The entry just vanished, and they can't get it back.

  I feel bad for all the small and local businesses who have to manage their Google Business listings. It is INSANE that something so critical for a business is THIS damn janky. @ai6yr

    There are tons of complaints in the Google Business Profile Help Forums about a bug during the setup process of a Google Business Profile. When you get to the screen about adding your phone number and website address, the next button won't take you to the next screen - it just won't let you go to the next step.
