@sickburnbro I was impressed the first time I'd heard that the far south of Spain is covered in white plastic sheets; nonstop greenhouses everywhere you look, as they're incredibly effective.
Not experimental tall buildings, just an expansion on the 19th Century concept of growing a garden in an enclosed glass room to keep bugs out and heat in.

@NoDoxGregBrady @CliffSecord what's interesting is that "we need to grow more food" isn't a concern anymore, these people are working off like a 2001 script or something.
All western nations are crashing fertility wise, we don't need to grow more food. Maybe Africa does, but that's their problem.
