   my slippers have been missing for over a week and it's slowly driving me mad.

   no one has seen them. they aren't in their usual spaces: in the shoe closet, under the bed or the couch...

   in my head, I'm imagining them taking advantage of an open door. did they go together or one by one? pattering away down the hallway, sneaking into the elevator, skipping down the street towards the ocean.

   i hope i find them, but if not, bon voyage, my fuzzy friends!

     slipper update: we've searched everywhere. thoroughly. methodically.

     I think the only solution left is to buy new slippers, which is when the old ones will show up.
