   having been engaged with #Python through co-creating #pytest #pypy, giving talks and trainings i appreciate that the PSF has long been a champion of diversity and inclusion! Are you aware that these days many non-USians are canceling their US travels?      @ThePSF @hpk Whow, are you serious shifting the responsibility for the risk attending the PyCon US solely on the participants? Wouldn’t it be better to take on more responsibility here, similar to MIT?

We have been receiving similar questions through other channels and have developed a refund policy for international attendees to help our community plan for PyCon US 2025 more confidently. We understand traveling to the US is complex currently, and we encourage each person to make their own decision based on their personal risk assessment and travel conditions. https://us.pycon.org/2025/attend/international-travel/
