     No. but as a state of mind, I am keen to cultivate, recognize, spread it if at all possible.

     Given a choice between known possibilities?

     Yes, but not in the avoidance of necessary strife/discontent.

     and finally no, because I am most content when my service/assistance/help appears to bring happiness to others. My own personal happiness has been often in conflict for much of this. Probably notish
