     Given his history, I would just throw him under the social umbrella of a psychopath. That is a person motivated to manipulate others ruthlessly with little to no concern whether he harms them or not. I would suggest he has sadistic leanings as well.

     His personality and his power is a deadly threat to millions of people if not all of us because he’s not alone. The men from Silicon Valley share the very same personality traits, and they too have all the money in the world
