I went to an Ayurveda doctor years ago & was told I’m a Kapha. I became a vegetarian shortly after that & can’t believe the difference. My philosophy is: if I couldn’t kill it, I shouldn’t be eating it.

Almost. I still have a hard time with milk in my tea. I’ve tried every substitute & nothing beats milk.
