      @GreenSkyOverMe because before the Vietnam war started, and after it ended, the US have been continuously bombing Laos, making it the most bombed country in history.       @bicmay @GreenSkyOverMe right! I totally forgot. I met some of their descendants near Sa Pa in Hoang Lien. They told me their grandparents worked for the CIA and that still makes them second class citizens.
