     @ins0mniak I switched to grinding my cofe from beans and brewing it in a moka pot few years ago. Never looked back.
     
     You get microplastics, I get small chips of ceramic.

     @dcc @ins0mniak You can get automatic grinders with ceramic grindstones, but they are usually really expensive and not worth the money. I bought a hand-operated one for a fifth of the price of an automatic one. And the cheap automatic ones don't last a tall. Might as well grind the cofe myself, when I'm so autistically attached to the flavor difference.

     @dcc @phnt @ins0mniak I use a cheap pour over apparatus and store brand coffee in a can. I can't put up with my wife's unreliable keurig (it false starts sometimes and it can make a mess) and the old man's coffee maker is gross from not being cleaned.
