     @froztbyte I think they’ve just never left whenever it is they’re from. They get very offended when non European people tell them it really isn’t.. as progressive as they think. Especially here. lol.

     I read on Mastodon every day that Americans are fleeing to Europe. Meanwhile, not a single person around me in the ‘most likely to flee to Europe’ category has.

     I’ve been there and there’s some things I like about the place (chief among them how the entire damned place roleplays surreality on turbo), but any definition of progressive is never a word I’d have put forward for it! yowza
