@Curvin Lemonade is the British term for Lemon soda..... that was my point, the word "Ramune" is derived from "Lemonade", a word Japan stole from Britain to refer to lemon soda.

@Curvin It's just Sprite basically. "Ramune" is the foreign word "Lemonade" stolen and turned into something pronounceable in their language, since it's just a copy of British "Lemonade".

@grey Schweppes makes lemonade? I could swear they made lemon SODA and tonic water.

More and more often I have seen these Hata Ramune beverages being sold in around more "ethnic" stores, not gonna lie I like how these bottles are opened, the beverages themselves are adeguate.
