I literally only know his name due to the original Fallout 3's (IE the one by Black Isle that had a lot of it's ideas reused and referenced in New Vegas) WIP name being Project Van Buren lol, nothing else.

@NoDoxGregBrady Jackson's presidency was the only time in American History when we had no national debt. He also sought to establish the "White Man's Republic" by giving white men who did not own property the right to vote.

@NoDoxGregBrady The Indian Removal Act (an attempt to fix a living arrangement that wasn't working for either group) honestly deserves to be put under the same revisionist lense as WW2 and the Holocaust, as it is a lesser "atrocity" that is often used to justify the existing power structure.
The "Trail of Tears," often (unfairly) attributed to a "genocidal" Andrew Jackson, was largely due to the incompetence of Martin Van Buren.

@NoDoxGregBrady The week of March 15th marks both the rise and demise of tyrants, a period filled with both strength and betrayal. It’s only appropriate that this week marks the birth of America’s greatest president.
Hail to the American Caesar, Andrew Jackson—he never surrendered to the money lenders.
