     @h2onolan @cienmilojos yes you can. That's what Apple Configurator is for.
     
     Open Apple Configurator on your Mac.
     File -> New Profile
     Choose Restrictions, click the Configure button
     Scroll down and uncheck "Allow Siri"
     
     Save the profile.
     Airdrop it to your device.
     
     Go enable the profile in settings.
     
     Done. Now it's hard configured to disable all Siri reltaed functionality, 100%. (pretty sure this includes the "Learn from this app" functionality too)

     @cienmilojos you can. and it is. but siri is as embedded in ios as copilot is in windows.

     you can hide it from view but its never “off”

     @h2onolan @cienmilojos if you don't have a Mac and can't make one I'll attach one and send it to you. You can't backdoor it, everything it does is clearly described before you enable it
