  @Tony @CozyLife caffeine has a half life of about 5 hours, meaning if you have 10mg of caffeine in your system, after 5 hours you'll have 5mg
  then after another 5 hours (10 total) you'd have 2.5mg
  
  so yeah, it stays in your system and will affect your sleep and everything regardless of how long you've been addicted to it

  @Tony @dcc @Paulajak @CozyLife tbh that's really all I grew up with, and also raw sugar cane straight from the plant and sugar cane itself we would chew on for the juice. It's good, try it. Personally I only add a little cream to my cofe, but the rest of my family loves it black.

  idk exactly how it's made but i know it's refined like cocaine or something which is why its so addictive. I actually only buy cane sugar because of that.
