     @lain Keynes said money must have a carrying cost, that's all that matters. That the PTBs decided that carrying cost must be loss of value through inflation is another matter.

     @sun if you read these stories about the english upperclass at that time, they really saw nothing wrong with it. sin was bad for the lower classes because they couldn't deal with it, but for the guys with titles and / or money, it was fine, as long as you only told your buds from eton about it.
