   the online ozempic prescription rent seeking is crazy. the stuff is so safe that there's pretty much no reason not to prescribe it. they'll just ask you "are you fat? do you find it hard to not be fat?" and if you say yes some doctor gets a hundred bucks. there's zero value add, pure gatekeeping.

     @Wrest yeah, we'll see. either way even if it does something like increase heart failure by 10% a normal-weight person, it might still be worth because being fat and having diabetes is just really bad for your health overall

     all the people against it because it's a "shortcut" or "cheating" are just silly imo
