     @Zettour @colonelj nobody who is a modern turtles fan knows or cares about the absolute origin comics. We were all exposed to the TV cartoon versions of these characters, all the popular media at the time was based on them, it is effectively as pointless to worry about it as it is to worry about Tolkien changing shit in his own lore after the fact.
