What is it about night time that makes everything seem closer and more intense? It's not for nothing that a lot of people are afraid of the dark. Lately it's been anxiety which is usually almost absent during the day coming at me in the middle of the night.

@Fragglemuppet Nearly everyone goes into their dwelling place at night. They close curtains and doors. Workers are tired, less alert, and more vulnerable.
Night time is hunting time for many predators. -
