@john_darksoul But come to think of it Catholics don't really care to hellthread with other Christians, if they get in there it moreso potshots for fun and then dip out when they feel like it. Christianity vs pagans or Baptists vs the world is much more common

@MisterLister @john_darksoul I'm Catholic and I hellthread. It's not very fun going after other Christians unless it's dispensationalism

@BowsacNoodle @john_darksoul Yer the exception but at the same time it makes sense to me cause it is ingrained in Catholicism to let the elders interpret scripture and you come off as an elder more than anything. I hope that doesn't come off as a diss I just mean that you do come off as older than other Catholics on here. Which sort of leads me to my main contention with Protestants and Baptists which is also why I only poke fun/jest with them is that I don't think it's a good idea that *anyone* can interpret and read the bible without help from a higher authority. And sure, the past few popes we've had aren't the best but it is to be expected on piss earth, everything has been infiltrated.

@MisterLister @john_darksoul Thank you friend. I had to learn to hold my tongue and temper the hard way. I liked Pope Benedict. I'm becoming more convinced that open and untested interpretation of scripture is a problem. The Lutherans having their council specific for that is a good model that more Protestants should adopt IMHO. Or just begome xDDD
