   More evidence of who exactly Rachel Reeves is listening to, when (re)formulating policies.... and if I tell you its investment firm Blackstone's CEO, who made representations about NonDoms interests right before the 'crack down' on NonDoms was softened, would you be shocked? Sadly, its all too predictable.

   No doubt he'll have been whispering to her about those benefits scroungers & disabled people robbing the benefits system, too

     @Tooden @ChrisMayLA6 Loads of US corporate entities invested in Labour before the election. That’s why Labour are so determined on AI for healthcare, Ozempic for ‘Britains widening waistbands’, mega data centres to process all our information, Apple to provide a back door to all our conversations, etc, etc…

     @ChrisMayLA6 Starmer’s government, formerly known as Labour, are 100% in thrall to the US and all its paymasters in its current iteration. This is the worst possible time this could happen for all in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, maybe even in England. Starmer won’t work with the EU as risks in Ukraine heighten; he’s going to take the USA line, I think; but he may try and equivocate for a while.
