   @monkyyy They dropped the delay after the company lawyers learned about the liability consequences of doing so.
   
   Generally people only call Hopeless Products if they've exhausted every last avenue in attempt to solve the problem, but even then the end result is often just a hangup or an insult and then a hangup.
