@boo_ I have no idea, when it comes to OpenSUSE I'm pretty much just a noob. (My usual distros being Gentoo and Alpine, but I need a glibc system and none of my gentoos use glibc anymore) -

Is there a reason for the main gcc package to install such an old version? Personally, I'd point it to the latest, since it is in the repo.
