     I haven’t kept up with this. Is anything new or is it still, they all got shitfaced and went outside to freeze except the one who stayed in.

     Same story, no new details. They were all partying at one of the dead guy's houses, then moved over there to continue partying. They were all doing drugs willingly, he thought they'd all left and had no idea they were frozen to death in the backyard until the cops showed up. I think they charged them with involuntary manslaughter.

     That’s crazy, it seemed pretty obvious at the time. I only remember there was some odd delay before they were found, but it still sounded like there was no one at fault.
     hmm, yea to bad, sounds like the guy is getting screwed.
