   Does acne, you know, stop?

   I've passed the age where common knowledge would suggest this bullshit should stop, and my skin is my favourite thing. So soft and smooth and homochromatic.

   But an occasional horny growth of puss and soreness sucks all the life out of me. It's like a dog log on a perfect lawn. Endearing, but entirely unwelcome.

   Stop, hodangit.

     @book Pimples never stop.

     Actual acne does, but that’s lots of pimples at the same time all the time. That’s almost always a puberty thing.

     @book Oh. Good question. It’s supposed to be caused by hormone changes … so maybe? But I‘ve lived with three trans women and none and none of them had pimples. And I think the testosterone is supposed to be at fault? So your anti-androgen will probably prevent this.
