     @realcaseyrollins i'm making fun of someone defending mozilla adding unnecessary and broad usage policies and then mozilla responded with a very legalese response about how it depends on what the definition of "is" is

     @realcaseyrollins the reality is they never needed to do those things they could just attach it to the web service specifically and have those terms appear on an opt-in panel the first time you used one of those things
     
     they are smart enough to know this which means they are still lying to everyone
