     You can follow Twitter users and their messages will be mixed in a single timeline. It works through Nitter.

     For that, in reorder timelines, tap on the top right + button and select Nitter/Twitter and write different account usernames split by a space or a comma.

     Yes, it is dedicated to display Nitter timelines inside the app.
