Then, let’s not play daft about why most POC do not feel safe on any platform on the internet. Whether it be the casual corporate racism of bluesky or the inherent liberal racism of mastodon - Whiteness, delusion, and inherent anti-black bigotry is the root of the continued enshittification that goes occurs online.

  I’ve been watching @ErickaSimone@mastodon.social’s timeline most of the day and seeing the outright delusion of alleged leftists defending themselves when talking about how white people vote. Yeah, I get it, you voted for a not white guy, but most of your family and friends did. Your peer group may have voted for a not white guy, but so did the peer groups of the people that don’t like you. In either case, the objective truth is your vote was nullified by a bunch of bigots that you *never* have any smoke for. But when someone Black states the truth of saying, yes, this last election is the fault of white people, all the vitriol, hate, condescension and rage comes out of the woodwork. So at the end of the day, there are still many white folks that still side with anti-Blackness, no matter how they vote. Y’all just hate Black people more than you hate the people actually working to ruin the US.
