     I want to reiterate my assertion that Vance is •extremely• dangerous.

     Trump is the public face you want if you’re an oligarch and you need a charismatic figurehead who worms into people’s brains and turns half the population into a cult.

     Vance is the public face you want if you’re an oligarch and you don’t the population’s buy-in anymore because you’ve already achieved autocracy.

     @inthehands Fair enough. Trump was backing down on his earlier BS (even pretending he didn't call Zelenskyy a dictator) because he wanted the deal, but in the end Trump was never a leader. He has always been a follower so easily led around by the nose and Project 2025 backs Russia 100%.

     @inthehands So, in some way, Trump is just the vehicle to eventually put Vance in the White House. Should we expect Trump to be removed as POTUS, by an impeachment or otherwise?

     @inthehands Trump jumped in to interrupt when Zelensky started to tell how the war affects the American people. Trump doesn’t want us to know how a Russian defeat of Kyiv will hurt us.

     I’ve said many times that there’s a whole group waiting for Trump to die, and Vance was just Thiel’s attempt to call dibs on power when that happens.

     @inthehands I think alike. Trump is unpredictable, and the guys that put him in the office know that, when the streets start protesting, he might turn against them. Vance is the loyal dog to his lord.
