     The construction of the golf resort will be financed by Ukraine, and the land ceded in a tax-exempt perpetual concession to the United States, as long as its purpose won’t be modified and its name, “the President Trump Golf Resort”, won’t be changed.

     “We will build it, and Ukraine will pay for it” said US President Trump.

     President Zelensky and President Trump just signed a deal for the construction of a huge golf resort in Ukraine.

     The golf resort, which will be built just north of the Ukrainian city of Sevastopol, in Crimea, will occupy an area of 12 acres with 15 18-holes golf courses, making it the largest golf-resort in the world.
