   @agasramirez it’s the idea that there are restrictions on something you’ve bought. Like buying a digital movie and then realizing they can delete it.

     the "kindle lockdown" news is so silly? I've been using kindles for nearly a decade and have never used the feature they're talking about/ removing. I've never needed to download an ebook *from* the device *to* my computer. I bought an e-reader literally to read the e-books there, and if I wanted to read it somewhere else there's still an app.
