As an appendix to my text on “Bureaucratic Realism,” I also transcribed an interview with Žižek where he critiques anarchism. I reply to him in my text, but Žižek's original work is a bit of lost media with the links having rotted. So my transcription is it.

@big_louse That's pretty much the case with Žižek. What's valuable in his critique is his concept of "nice alienation" and his demand for organizations larger than states we see today. But these aren't particularly difficult to rebut.

oh, i always wanted to know zizeks thoughts on anarchism, since he often touches on anarchist themes but like most marxists just ignores what anarchists have to say on the subject
